Every newborn diaper claims 'softest ever.' Are they actually softer than older sizes or marketing?

Verified: newborn tiers commonly use higher-GSM topsheets (~35-40 vs daytime ~28-32). 'Softest ever' is partly real, partly marketing. The genuine difference is 5-10% softer to touch. Newborn skin sensitivity makes the small difference noticeable.
